A sterling silver pendant, finely detailed and antiqued, of a dried Proteus flower. This jewel started with a scan of the flower, which then into 3D software, where I played around until I had a version ready for casting. The refined file was printed in wax. Then, using the same lost wax process that's been used for millenia, it was cast using 925 sterling silver, and then carefully antiqued to give it more dimensionallity, and depth.
